Viticulture :Yield 5,3 HL / MU. 100% organic.Manure of droppings of sheep and vegetal. Harvest in September. Burial of the vine in November .
Vinification :No chaptalisation. Natural yeast.Maceration ~ 30 days.1 filtration.
Aging :3 month in bottle before commercialization.
Tasting comment :This wine has a light purple robe. The nose shows a pure fruity aroma at the beginning with a hint of pepper on the end. The mouth is first very firm and well balanced to finish on a nice spicy perfumed aftertaste.
